* Flash player enabling option
* Pops (SCE PSONE emulator) - DRM protection hacked (Which means that you can now your game on more than one psp, and share them over the internet)
Features in 3.02OE-B :
The only new feature in this release is the ability to play your own PlayStation titles, so I won't write up a changelog. Secondly, you can only get 3.02 OE-B on your PSP by upgrading from 3.02 OE-A, which means that if you're one of the few who haven't upgraded to 3.02 OE, it's time to do it now! Once you're on 3.02 OE-B, it's best to check out the readme.
But it's a Great Feature!!!
Installation
it's pretty Easy.
1.Download the First link. it will contains the "302.pbp", "150.pbp", and the Files Needed to install 3.02OE-A Firmware.
2.copy "oeupdmaker" and "oeupdmaker%" Which Contains the Neede Files To GAME Folder or GAME150
3.Run Program. after Program connect back to Computer. copy DATA.DXAR From "PSP/GAME/oeupdmaker" to "302oeflasher"
Flashing DATA.DXAR:
1. Copy the directories 302oeflasher and 302oeflasher% to /PSP/GAME (or /PSP/GAME150 if you are on 2.71 SE)
2. Copy the generated DATA.DXAR from oeupdmaker to 302flasher directory.
3. Run the flasher. If your battery is less than 75%, the program will show the error saying so and will return you to the XMB. This check can be by passed at your own risk by executing the program with triangle and L pressed.
4. The program will continue showing an agreement. Press X to accept and flash the custom firmware, or R to cancel and exit to the XMB.
5. If you accept, the program will flash the custom firmware. Don't shutdown the PSP and don't remove the memory stick.
6. Once finished, shutdown the psp and restart manually to 3.02 OE Smiley
the Last step is optional.
7. Download the 3.02OE-B Update and Put "OE_UPDATE" in GAME150 and run... after the Update aplys it well Go back to XMB...

!!!To USE RECOVERY IT HAS TO BE LAUNCHED FROM RECOVERY MAIN MENU!!!
Place folder in (PSP/GAME/RECOVERY) for Going back to 1.50 from 2.71SE-A,B",C and 3.02OE-A
ok now
-turn PSP off (hold pwr switch for atleast 10 sec)
-Turn PSP back on while holding "R" (you will get a Purple screen this is the recovery main menu)
-Toggle the USB connectivity.(enable it) now transfer the recovery Folder to (if you haven't already) PSP/GAME/ after copying that Disable the USB
- Select the 3rd option " Run Program at PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP" and the downgrader should work.
